Healesville festival - God's provision - we turned up around 9.30am, the venue was already packed out and it was not looking good - but the Lord makes a way. Jean who runs the festivals, gave us a prime spot in the main thoroughfare, and was insistent that we put up our spiritual journey sign - in spite of cramped conditions. Maroondah Festival 2
The first guy I talked to I don't really remember his name but I was sure nervous. We started the presentation, as we were going through the stones and explaining the spiritual meanings it seemed as though he was really getting into it. As I finished the presentation and had mentioned Jesus and asked him what he thought of it his response was “yeah that was good” and he told me that he went to church but didn't believe that Jesus was the son of God but instead he believed in the obeying the law. It occurred to me that this guy was putting his whole faith in how well he can observe the law and not in faith in the righteousness of Christ. Read Full Story

Maroondah Festival
I had an enjoyable time at the Maroondah Festival speaking to several people about going on a spiritual journey. Each of them seemed open and willing to talk about spiritual things in their life. I used the gemstone presentation throughout the afternoon. Most of the people I spoke with were already somewhat familiar with the good news of Jesus and did not ask any provoking questions. Knox Festival
We spoke probaby to at least 100 people over the weekend - and in answer to prayer the weather was good!
Interestingly we were placed by the organisers next to a psychic healing and new age stand. I explained to them first-off what we were about, and we felt we had a positive relationship. Indeed, at least two of their people did our presentations! Read Full Story
